The process to initiate a 'cancellation':

You can raise the ‘cancel’ request from the ‘orders’ section before the product has been shipped.

The process to initiate a 'return' or a 'replace':

You can raise the request for ‘return’ or ‘replace’ from the ‘orders’ section, within 7 Working Days of receiving the product. Our customer service executive will review your request and reach out to you directly or update the status in the system within 2 business days.

Under what circumstances would your return request be valid?

1. Items damaged when received:
Our packaging team watches out & and ensures every individual product is packaged in bubble wrap to make sure that the products are safely secured until it reach your doorstep. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. Under such circumstances, we would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order.
 

2. Incorrect items delivered:
In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will make sure that the incorrect items are picked up from your house and the right items are shipped to you at the earliest possible.

Under what circumstances would your cancellation request be valid?

1. Order can be cancelled if it is not been shipped.

2. Cancellation of prepaid orders takes 4 - 7 working days to get credited back into your account.

Under what circumstances would your return request be invalid?

By global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that appear to be opened, tried, or used. We will not accept returns of products if their complete packaging, labels, or stickers are missing.

In case of cancellation, what happens to the discount vouchers you have used for the order? The discount vouchers shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order since they are intended for one-time use.
